Meet Angela, the fearless leader of our innovative residential remodeling company. Angela started her career in the corporate world but always felt a pull towards the real estate industry. Her love for transforming spaces and bringing dreams to life led her to explore the world of construction.
As she began to navigate the industry, Angela noticed a troubling trend in the industry's gender imbalance with less than 10% women and a mere 1% in frontline positions.
